'Keep your mouth shut to the people willing to even work there': Employee rage quits and reports his company to OSHA after getting written up for breaking arbitrary ‘rules'

Companies nowadays look at their employees like fodder. If you work in a warehouse, you're likely just a numbered employee with a badge, a clearance level, and a faceless name. Unlike the 'family companies' of yore, corporations now are only worried about the bottom line of sales trajectories, net profit, and the pockets of their shareholders. This is why when faced with the dilemma of health and safety concerns in the workplace, employees have to look out for each other– because their boss certainly isn't. 

In our next story, a forklift operator in a warehouse was flabbergasted by. the conditions of the workplace. After several months of safety infractions and dangerous workflow, he finally snapped. His nitpicking boss dared to point out that he was on his cell phone on the service floor– the least of anyone's safety concerns– and u/gliixo369 lost it.
