The workplace can ignite a lot of confusion, mixed emotions, and strange interpersonal interactions. Sometimes your colleagues are just colleagues, meaning they're not your friends per say. There's not a relationship of trust built in, and the world can offer a lot of temptations and other unreasonable people doing unreasonable things.
