'She reported my insured and used vehicle as abandoned': Karen calls bylaw on neighbor for parking in front of her own house

Having a car in the city can be a nightmare. If you're living it up in the burbs with a two-car garage, you can tuck your vehicle away inside an extension of your house, away from the public's prying eyes. If you live in, let's say, Columbus, Ohio, your entire life is dictated by where, when, and how far away you're going to park your car. You must move it at least every two days to avoid the government putting a boot on your property and taking it away to a nefarious towing plant. That's no way to live. 

For some people, the biggest car antis aren't the boot people who police neighborhoods looking for infractions in their fancy tow trucks. It's people's own neighbors who call government agencies to tow innocent cars because they've got nothing better to do with their precious 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
