We have to point out two major issues with your review: each order is being booked solely by the person purchasing, meaning you are the only one that is inputting the recipient's address on the order, therefore where the order is shipped will depend on what was inputted. If the wrong address is inputted and you fail to call our customer service department to correct that we are unable to ship anywhere else but what is on the order.

    Ryugi 18 hr. ago get a job as a "peer support" in a therapy office. You are actively told that you must tell off the customers sometimes lol (because your goal is to teach them good public behaviors when they, for whatever reasons, don't already have that knowledge)

If I ordered flowers to be delivered on a particular date and there was nothing that indicated the delivery times were an estimate, I'd be mad, too. The purpose is to have an exact date or it's pointless. I'm not sure how this person is a Karen? She seems like someone who simply got really poor service, and she's letting others know so they don't get the same shoddy service. Edit: Oops! I only read the first page.     mand658 1 day ago The only address the florist had was the one she imputed... if it was the wrong address, it was because she put it in wrong. Also, double dipping on the refund (asking for a refund after initiating a charge back with the bank) isn't cool... and being abusive to staff when this is pointed out also isn't cool We're they at fault for delivering late? Yup, but she was an in every other way.
