Classical Art Memes for Noble Knights From the Middle Ages

There is something about classical art memes that gets me in my funnies. Is it because old and modern humor collide within the meme (and for some reason that's ironic) or because I'm a huge fine art fan? I can't put my finger on it. See, I was an art student back in the day… I dropped out and ended up pursuing something else (journalism) because the teachers were pompous and also it turns out that I actually prefer art without learning about it.

I still enjoy reading history, literature and art, but I no longer enjoy typing out long essays that describe in perfect detail what each artist meant to do. I also think it's a bit funny to assume things based on art that was made thousands of years ago (especially when we have no proof of what the artist's thought process was behind it).
