"I did give my ex's sweatshirt back but with a twist"

I did give my ex's sweatshirt back . . . but with a twist I had an ex who gave me one of their sweatshirts while we were dating. I loved wearing it while we were, but when we broke up it was quick to sit unused in my closet. After a few encounters which are too long to explain (essentially ran into them routinely after months of not talking) they begged for it back. I was gonna give it back, in one way or another.

I had some time to let my plan simmer. I heard many stories of others destroying their ex's stuff such as glitter and paint... but those sounded too tame.

Just a disclaimer, this person was an incredibly manipulative who trapped me with them for years. They deserve much worse.

I took the sweatshirt out of my closet and draped it over my pet rabbit's full litter box. My rabbit had another one to use in the meantime. I wanted that scent to get BAKED in. If you don't know, rabbit pee has a VERY high concentration of ammonia. It doesn't but when you stink as bad as cat leave fabric over it it'll soak up the scent.

I left it just long enough (maybe 6 hours) to the point where you couldn't smell it if you were just holding it, but if you held it up to your nose it REEKED. I don't regret what I did one bit and I'm honestly proud of myself.

[EDIT]: I can assure you all this was well- deserved. They're the one who begged for it back after months of not talking. I made a bigger statement giving it to them reeking of rabbit waste than I would have ever made just throwing it out. I don't care if that makes me a bad person, they did SO much worse things to me. That's what this subreddit is about anyways, being petty.

vaniecalde 15 hr. ago I broke things I bought and put them all back as if everything was fine. He called me for weeks every time he found something new that had a hole in it or was missing half. I would just cackle on the phone til he hung up.

Roselove91 15 hr. ago I still had my ex's favorite shirt when we split. He bad mouthed, blackmailed, threatened, and tormented me after the split. One night a few friends and I got together, started up the fire place and poured some wine. Throughout the night we threw in pictures and other little things we had from exs. The very last thing I threw in was his stupid shirt. Was it petty yes. Do I care...not one bit.

Sad Mango3913 - 14 hr. ago edited 12 hr. ago My ex showed up at my house and when my grandpa saw it was him he tried to close the door but my ex tried to push the door open. I kept texting him asking why the is he here and he wouldn't answer. Eventually after some time he says "I already called the police"... LMAO So I'm like is going on? After a long time of waiting he says he wants his sweater back. I went outside and threw it at him and left. I don't think police ever showed up. I left some t

Da FoxKarma OP. 16 hr. ago They were incredibly manipulative. They used the same tactics with others I've known too, who've had the misfortune of dating them. They made me think they were a good person when they weren't, they begged for me to stay with them, talked down about themselves to make me feel bad, lied about having a wedding ring to give to me to make me feel bad, called a friend of mine selfish for trying to leave, etc. Essentially everything they did was some attempt to make me feel
