I don't know about you, but I generally want looking at memes to be a relaxing experience. I'm not in the game to be stressed out and annoyed when I'm trying to have my precious phone time. There is a time and place for memes to make us question things, make us feel uncomfortable, or even gross us out a little, but more often than not most people just want the internet humor equivalent of easy listening, and that's OK!

For those requiring memes to be visual background noise, a list like this is the perfect solution. It covers all manner of topics in quick succession without delving too deeply into anything unpleasant. We can't promise it's going to all be sunshine and rainbows, but we've got to keep things exciting somehow.
