Happy April Fools Day, parents and non-parents alike! I've got to say, I feel like April Fools Day is an underrated holiday that's way more fun when you have kids. Some kids might be on high alert all day, making sure that they don't get pranked. For others, it's extremely easy to tell them that a meteor hit their school late last night.
I loved April Fools Day as a kid. The only prank I remember pulling was when I hit a rubber snake on my 3rd-grade teacher's chair during recess. I didn't even get to see her reaction to it, but when she asked the class, "Whose snake is this?" I proudly raised my hand and reveled in the fact she was startled out of my line of sight.
Sometimes, you see posts online and wish they were April Fools pranks. Unfortunately, none of these Mommy Facebook Posts are April Fool's pranks.
