Good meowrning, friends, and happy Friday! One more day, and you finally make it to Caturday, i.e. the most purrfect day of the week. And we could use a little more pawsitivity this morning to get there quicker. It's a good thing that it's officially time to meet the newly adopted faces of the week!
Each and every Friday morning, we bring you a brand new collection of the cutest, sweetest, most awwdorable cat adoption stories we could find on the web. Because if anything is going to give you enough pawsitivity and good vibes first thing on Friday morning, it's seeing a whole bunch of cats finding their furrever homes.
As always, we would like to give a huge thank you to every single person who adopted a cat this week. And an even bigger thank you goes to everyone who adopted the "impurrfect cats" - the sick cats, the senior cats, and every other cat who needs a little more love and care than most. We wish you all many happy and healthy years together!

"We adopted our first cat. She's 11 years old and her previous owner passed away, so she needed a new home. But she just hides in the corner and doesn't do anything. Does anyone know what we can do to help her? Her name's Lulu"
"Chestnut reeled us in with his cute, sad face but he's as happy as ever! After hiding for 2 weeks straight, he's finally taken to us and the other kitties! He absolutely loves cuddles, is super playful and great with the other cats. He also has a very loud engine! So grateful to have Chestnut in our lives!"
"Adopted these 7 week old babies yesterday. Have been meaning to get cats for a while, but it's finally happened now. I'm kind of in a weird state life wise, recently left my job with nothing lined up, want to go to grad school in the next 2ish years and generally like to travel. I want to give them a loving home, but do members of this sub think it was a rash decision? Also, would appreciate your own stories and thought process of raising cats as a 20-something with lots of flux in life!"
"This is pumpkin! Found her on my walk home, was obv starving so I baited her into my Airbnb with coffee creamer cups. She found me while I was on a business trip so I couldn't keep her, but I am happy to announce after a few weeks at a shelter she has been adopted :')"
