The folks that work the customer service facing jobs in the travel industry have to deal with their fair share of aggressively inconsiderate, entitled individuals. Some people completely lose their cool when it comes time to travel. They'll proceed to make everyone's day/night/midnight of traveling that much more harrowing through their own belligerence. This guy clearly wasn't about to put up with any of Karen's nonsense.
