Hey, everyone! Go ahead and take a deep, long breath. Breathe in through your nostrils, count to five, then slowly let it out. It's a little tip we learned in yoga class to keep our bodies in synch with our breathing patterns, and hence help us to relax. It's a relevant breathing exercise that can get you through some of the most difficult times, like the unfortunate occurrence of another weekend coming to a close.
We work hard, every week from Monday to Friday, we give it our all and do our best to be solid, productive employees. Which makes it all the more frustrating when the weekend comes around and in the blink of an eye it's simply over and nothing. But that's okay, such is life. We'll keep doing our best and hope for more funfilled weekends to come.
