People Discover Just How Big Wolves Actually Are By Comparing Them To Dogs, And The Ensuing Memes And Reactions Are Hilarious

If you are someone who loves dogs, then you're probably also someone who loves wolves. Don't tell us that you have never wanted to pet a wolf, we wouldn't believe you. Wolves, in our minds, are basically just overgrown puppies. We have thought that for years, and today's new discovery will not change that for us. It's just that… wolves love cuddling just like dogs do, and wolves are mischievous and playful just like dogs are, and wolves have stretching routines just like dogs do, and do you know those moments when your dog is trying to howl but can't quite get it out? Yeah, wolves do that too. 

So what if wolves are actually far bigger than what you're imagining based on the things that you have seen on TV? So what if they're not quite puppy-sized and might eat you whole if they chose to do so? Does that make them any less dog-like? Nope. Does that make us want to pet them any less than we did before? Heck nope.

    You know, this account may have used the exploding head emoji, but that is not the feeling that we're experiencing when looking at these pictures. Yes, we didn't realize just how big wolves actually are, but knowing that they are so much bigger than doggos… just makes us want to pet them more.

    The more dog there is, there more dog we have to love, right? Does it really matter that one of these dogs is domesticated and the other one might eat our face? We think not! A dog is a dog is a dog, and we will spend the rest of our lives trying to pet one of these overgrown dangerous puppies.

    S Mr Commonsense @fopminui A bad dog owner dumped this wolf at shelter when he got to big and to much to handle. Luckily a sanctuary took him instead and save his life. His DNA testing is come back as 87.5% grey Wolf, 8.6% Siberian Husky, and 3.9 German shepherd.
