‘You go girl:' Boss gives off major green flag energy when he has the best reaction to a prank of his employee being mean to a customer over the phone, goes viral

Nothing is worse than working somewhere where the boss throws you under the bus anytime a customer starts arguing with you. Like, don't let the Karens win, man. Luckily, not every boss is like that and one boss on TikTok is proving just that.
A woman named Gillian posted a video of her trying to pull a prank on her boss. Little did she know her boss' reaction would have him going viral. She works at an auto parts store and faked a phone call with an unruly customer. Her boss, sitting right next to her, can hear the entire conversation. She purposefully starts being sassy to the (fake) customer. Cutting the “customer” off and having curt and sarcastic responses. She even told the “customer” she was going to return the parts. But when she looked over to see if her boss noticed, she was pleasantly surprised instead.
In the video, you can see the boss silently agreeing to everything she is saying to the “unruly customer.” He nods in approval and even says “mmhmmm" to the things she says. When she stopped and was laughing he turned to look and she revealed the prank she was trying to pull. She says, “I was faking acting like I was being mean to the customer and you didn't even care.” He starts laughing with her and just responds with, “Oh, I was like, ‘You go girl!’” Now, THAT is the kind of support we're looking for in a boss.
