Caturday and if you are reading this then you most certainly need to take your fluffy bottom back to bed, because it is far too early to be awake on the hallowed day of cats. In fact, that is precisely the reason that we made today's list, in the hopes to inspire you to experiment with some feline-styled sleeping. As you will see in this hilarious cat video, these cats have developed some of the most unique sleeping practices, which can only be born of some of the deepest and most complete sleep cycles on the planet.
And while many of us would wake up with a damaged spine after trying to emulate the positions that these flexible felines managed to get themselves into. It is more than worth trying to gain some inspiration for your own cat nap, which you are required to engage in today. So lie back and get ready to go back to sleep.

We believe that the felines call this the back-cracker position for its spinal healing properties. That is, however, only if you have a certain level of flexibility built in already, otherwise it is called the back-popped-need-to-go-to-the-doctor position. Though, you can try a less extreme version by simply putting a pillow under your lower back and feel the tension slip away.
This position, known only as, put-your-paw-in-the-air-like-you-just-don't-care position, was developed in the late 70s and was originally reserved for only the feline elite. Since then, it has spread all over the feline world, and is considered to be a display of calm, wealth and power. You are welcome to try to emulate this position, and hopefully you will attract some wealth your way so you can afford to keep feeding your furry feline.
