Every neighborhood has a Karen, but if you live in an HOA-regulated area, you're most likely living under the thumbs of a whole gaggle of Karens.

Unlike regular, run-of-the-mill street Karens, these HOA Karens are power-tripping, lawn-measuring maniacs. When normal elders retire, they take up a hobby like crocheting or pottery, but the most entitled Karens choose to fill their time with the HOA biddings, micromanaging their neighbors, and destroying the well-being of every inhabitant in town.

One guy recently chronicled his dealings with a geriatric HOA, noting the hilarity and contrarianism of their nitpicking ways. In order to expedite their traversal around the neighborhood (you know, to inspect their fellow neighbors's lawns), this HOA set up a surveillance camp in the back of a pickup truck–likely breaking at least 100 HOA by-laws!

But when u/icprester caught them engaging in their micromanaging hooliganry, he put them on blast online and set up a cathartic roast in the comment section.
