Last week the world celebrated one of the most important anniversaries in film history – the 20th anniversary of Shrek 2. A movie that has shaped the humor of an entire generation and that was the origin of so many wonderful memes that even we lost count of. Not to mention one of the best soundtracks that ever came out for an animated movie, songs that we are probably all guilty of still having in our playlists.

We usually don't need an excuse to celebrate the world of Shrek and its humor, but since there is a cause for celebration, we are all here for it. So we are going to celebrate Shrek and his friends in the best way we possibly know how – the funniest, most unhinged Shrek memes we could find.
