"I spent around 40 min trying to lure him out of a sewer. He was so scared, malnourished and had half of his tail with necrosis. You could literally see his tail bones. He was so thin that the doctor could even find a good spot to inject him. We bathed him and got out so many fleas that we still can't fathom how so many of them could hide in the fur of this little baby. He had surgery yesterday to remove the bad part of the tail so the infection would progress more into his body. He's doing a good recovery! He's under the doctor's care until tomorrow when we'll pick him up."
