Horrible Microsoft Virtual Agent Assistant Takes Guy on Rage-Inducing Rollercoaster of a Conversation

This one has FAIL written all over it: not only would the terribly ineffective AI seemingly refuse to let the poor guy 'talk to a person'; but it never once, met a question with the appropriate response. Maybe the virtual agent in question simply discovered trolling.
