Abandoned By Her Mother For Having Two Faces, Duo The Kitten Miraculously Survives And Gets Adopted (Video)

Hi, friends! How is everyone doing? We hope swell! 

Today we're presenting you with the story of Duo, a black kitteh, who is now 9 months old and has two faces. Yep, you heard that right, she was born with a rare disease called Janus. Essentially, Janus is any unusual activity done by the SHH protein also known as Sonic Hedgehog, which plays a role in cell growth and body formations. This can cause both animals and humans to be born with one head but two sets of eyes and two sets of mouths, like Duo here. 

While all of this may seem scary, it isn't. When we look at Duo, we don't see a monster, we see a precious little kitten that wasn't fortunate enough to be born perfect (but who is?). From her very first breath, she had to fight for her life and well-being, and that's exactly what she did.
