A professional inspector on TikTok who goes by everyones.junk.drawer goes viral for the videos he posts of his inspections. He not only exposes tons of homes that are going for insanely gauged prices for what they really are: Cheap construction. But he also does it with an optimistic and sardonically funny attitude. Recently, he posted an inspection he did for a home that is going for $1.8 million. During his inspection he found tons of infractions. All the beautiful aesthetic design and appliances were a wreck. Everything wiggled, from the stairs to the shower head. There were random places missing insulation or drywall. And the overall design of the place did not have in mind any sort of comfort or convenience for whoever would be living there.
