No workplace is perfect, but a few of these offices have some fatal flaws. For example, if your office temperature is constantly set to a toasty 78 degrees, the employees aren't going to be doing their best work. They're going to be constantly searching for a cooler spot to work from. Heat makes people irritable and impatient, so it's odd that a company would insist that their employees can't touch the thermostat to cool off a bit. 

Other employees are dealing with some chronic food theft. It's baffling that food thieves often get away with their crimes. Are there no cameras, or no eyewitnesses? One person shared a photo of a really delicious-looking pancake with bites taken out of it by a coworker! It's an irritating problem to have, which is why that person shared it with r/MildlyInfuriating.

It ranges from mild concerns like the aforementioned, as well as some more concerning issues, like the person who got stuck in their office because the door handle broke!
