Sushi is objectively delicious. Although some people get hung up on the fact that a lot of the meat is uncooked when you're enjoying sushi, you have to remember that it's a delicacy. Careful preparation and centuries of refinement have made sushi what it is today and there are strict rules and guidelines to follow when preparing it. 

When those rules are ignored, that's when the real sushi abominations are born. 

Sure, people want to get exploratory in the kitchen, go ahead and do that with other dishes, but when it comes to the purity and perfection of sushi, there's no reason to stray from a path that's been followed for thousands of years. However, the folks below sought to change the name of the game when it comes to sushi and instead of finding a delightful fusion meal, they turned our beloved sushi menu into a Frankensteinish monstrosity.
