It's that time of the year again! Your local county or state fair is setting up. Anybody who is from a middle-of-nowhere-town in the U.S. knows just how special this time of the year is. All of the strangest locals gather in one place to eat funnel cake and corndogs, ride some very shady/dated rides, play some rigged overpriced games, and see whose farm animal wins the blue ribbon. Sometimes there is even a concert of local wholesome musicians and/or a demo derby! Ahhh, it's a special time. Truly some of the most fun you will have. And also the strangest. Have you ever riden that Tilt-A-Whirl? It's been the same one since the 70s and the operator they hire just keeps getting younger and younger every year… But all caution gets thrown to the wind once you enter the fairgrounds. Who knew you could have so much fun in the same place a bunch of cows are? Us county fair folk did, we sure did… Now who's ready to pay extra to check out that fun house?!
