'[I] told them I'd take the write-up': Managers include employee's suspension notice in weekly schedule

This person couldn't believe what their (ex)workplace revealed to the whole company. 

It's the kind of mistake that should never happen. It's the type of accident that should never befall an employee, and yet for u/lbo1000, an unfortunate mistake happened at their workplace. Now, everyone makes mistakes sometimes. But when you're in a management position, the buck stops with you. You've got to take responsibility for everything that happens on your watch, from customer tantrums to worker callouts and everything in between. 

For some managers, communication doesn't come easy. It's not clear if they intentionally posted this person's sensitive information, but it makes you wonder if this was an act from a very petty manager who wanted to punish a worker in the most passive-aggressive way possible.
