There's nothing like a good barbecue with friends, especially in the summer. My neighborhood has a block party every year, and it's a wonderful chance to get the kids together, eat some home-cooked food, and run around pelting everyone with water balloons. It's good fun.
But, like anything, there is an etiquette to these kinds of functions. Everyone chips in a little bit of money to ensure the festivities, so uninvited guests are generally frowned upon.
