Coincidentally, the woman in this story had been trying to convince the owner to let her take Chubbs and care for him in a way that was compassionate, safe, and loving. Pit bulls get a bad rep, but they are capable of sweet love just the same. You just have to foster an environment that prioritize gentleness.
