Welcome back summertime ladies. It's the end of July, we're smack dab in the middle of the heat, and I hope at this point you've taken all your coats and scarves and put them in storage. The snowmobile is parked in the back, the jet skis have replaced them, and the pool floaties are floating around the garage. The worst that's happened to you all summer is that your sunglasses got lost in the water while you were swimming. There's something so freeing and optimistic about the summertime. Suddenly people are smiling, vibing, and nothing can disturb their positivity. 

So while you're lathering yourself with sunscreen at the beach, waiting for the girls to arrive with canned beer, chips, and guac, know that this thriving time isn't seasonal. Even when the winter comes, and you have to reluctantly take out your bulky boots and wool shawl, your sense of confidence won't fade.
