Isn't coffee exciting? You never know what you're going to get. Are you going to drink a satisfying morning brew that will give you the energy to have the most epic productivity today and maybe even get done with everything you have to do earlier than expected? Or is that cup o'brew going to make the world vibrate around you, while your body shakes, and you start racking your brain with reasons why you are feeling so anxious right now? Woo! What a rush. The up that caffeine gives you is wild. Then that anxiety hits you like a ton of bricks. And then the relief you feel after that caffeine-induced panic attack finally subsides is so relaxing. But then you're sleepy again… And thus the vicious caffeine cycle starts again. Do you risk it? Some days are worth the risk of a panic attack more than others.
