Veterinarian Rescues Four Abandoned Tuxedo Kittens From Inside a Sewer, Then Names the Kitty Cuties After the Pawesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Why does everyone else get chosen for the cat distribution system except for us? We write about all of these wholesome kitty rescue stories - finding cats at the airport, at Walmart, and even at the movies. Now, a veterinarian found four adorable tuxedo kittens abandoned in a sewer, and she couldn't help but add the purrfect fur babies to her happy, fuzzy family. All we ever get is finding our cats in the bathtub, and while we do love that and think it's pawsitively silly, it's not the same as finding four free kittens.
But wait, there is an even better part to this story. Because she found them in the sewer, she named them after the one, the only, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. What a fitting set of names, considering all eight of the cuties were found in a sewer. Look at those sweet little babies down there. We're very thankful for this wholesome hooman who was able to get them out, get them healthy, and then give them some pawesome names! Cowabunga!

One happy family! Her nickname can be Splinter, although we're not sure how she's going to like being associated with a rat. A rat that is a martial arts expurrt, but still, a rat.
