Designer and project manager for seaside retreat go head-to-head in hilarious TikTok video displaying their constant workplace battles: ‘A love-hate relationship!’

A seaside treat in South Africa is bringing together blue collar workers and creatives in one hilarious TikTok video. It features the head designer, bubbly and enthusiastically describing her big plans for the remodeling of the retreat and then the exasperated project manager shutting her down. You can tell that the designer has tried many different big designs that the project manager has to explain why it would never work. 

 

The building they are restoring is very old, so, structurally, there is only so much it can do. Though the project manager keeps shutting down the designer, you can tell that these two co-workers actually get along, deep down. Their jobs might force them to bvtt heads often, but they both have the same end goal. They both just want to create a beautiful retreat and get to be proud of the work they've done!
