He was guilty of flirting with female employees at the coffee shop constantly, to the point that it was making everyone uncomfortable. Well, this Redditor would serve his coworkers coffee throughout the day, and he got back at his coworker by serving him decaf for a total of 5 months without anyone's knowledge. So in the end, the coworker may not have been able to explain why he was so tired all the time, but he certainly was exhausted all the time.
