Magicians obviously know that magic doesn't exist, and the entire concept of magic is based on the fact that these are tricks that may appear to be magical with the naked eye, but a lot of it is sleight of hand work and distraction. It can get tiresome when magicians and folks who practice cardistry have to reiterate their "beliefs" for lack of a better word, and sometimes, the spectator just has to sit back, enjoy the show, and not be so nit-picky. It's difficult when you don't know how the tricks work, but that, my friends, is the allure of magic. Not knowing how it works just makes it more fun.
