We're preparing for the spooky season the best way we know how, and that's with lots and lots of Twilight. It's a right of passage in girlhood to become hyper-fixated on the franchise because it features Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and lots of boyish fighting over Bella (who we all personally relate to). I mean, what's better than having two supernatural creatures fight for your love? The answer is nothing.
Though the first Twilight movie has been out since 2008, the love for the franchise is alive and well. The books have been out longer, so I'm sure my fellow bookworm girlies were reading the book in all of its delicious vampire goodness before the first movie's release. Bella is not like most girls, as proven by Edward's irrevocable devotion to her. Why can't we all have vampire boyfriends who would give us the world? Seems unfair. Despite the emotional rollercoaster every lady experiences while watching the movies, it is truly a cinematic masterpiece that lets us know we should never settle for less than Edward Cullen. Though we won't find a vampire hottie running around in our world, we can only hope one day we find something like it.
