Welcome back ladies and gentlemen of the internet. When it's someone's wedding, you couldn't be more happy for them (usually). We all want our friends and family to enjoy their perfect day, and we're willing to make that day special for them (within reason). There are some people though, when you give them an inch, they want the whole foot. Some people don't mind 'using' others to their expense.
This brings us to the Reddit thread. In this story, the woman's brother is getting married, and as they've been close since childhood, she assumed she'd be in his ceremony, standing with him on stage. Not only is she not chosen to be in the wedding at all, he expects her to do all the logistics in the background. The planning, the hiring of a photographer, catering, etc. She refuses, saying that she's not comfortable doing all the behind the scenes work. He accuses her of being selfish, and the parents choose his side.
