'He's a manbaby': Husband books last-minute minor surgery as a last-ditch effort to get his wife to cancel her girls' trip that took 2 years to plan, wife bails on him instead
Women already understand the difficulty of getting a girls' trip together. Heck, it's hard enough to get a brunch with the girls all together these days. As you get older, your life gets busier and busier, with work, family, and relaxation. (You really can't skimp on the relaxation part as you get older, you'll lose your mind.) This woman's friend group took two years to plan the most epic girls' trip to Greece. Everything was already planned out and ready to go. However, her husband was told he needed his wisdom teeth removed. A very minor dental surgery that even teenagers go through. The most help one usually needs for this surgery is a ride back home from the dentist's office.
The dentist gave her husband three different date options. One was very soon, the other was during her trip, and the last was several months away. He didn't want to do the one that was so soon, so she assumed he wanted to do the one several months away since she would be out of town. He knew fully well that she would be gone, however, just a few weeks before she was to leave on her trip, he dropped the news on her. He had booked the wisdom teeth removal during her trip, so she would have to cancel because he needed to be care for… What? Sir, 16-year-olds get this done and go back to school the very next morning. Grow up.
Of course, the wife still went on her girls' trip and had a great time. But her husband and her mother-in-law (who stayed to care for him while she was away) were not happy. What would you do in this situation? Read about it below!
