Heck, you might not even have a cat at all, and yet you randomly wake up to find a cat sleeping in your bed. Purrsonally, we appreciate these hissterical meowments when a random cat shows up, in fact, we wish they would happen more often! Well, you're right, you don't own a cat, but this cat owns you. And your house. Clearly, he is sleeping on his furniture (it has the word 'fur' in it, so it's his prrroperty), he's just letting you use it when he's not around. Now pipe down, will you? He's trying to get some beauty sleep.
