Reading this story makes me wonder how some people still think it is okay to just show up announced at someone else's home. I barely even answer people's unannounced phone calls anymore, so if you try to come to my house without letting me know first, I don't care who you are, I am not opening that door.
I am also stating that as a single woman with no responsibilities. If I was married and just had a baby, I promise you with everything in me that I would not let anyone in my home without them letting me know they are coming at least 24 hours in advance. So when the husband in this Reddit story accused his wife of being ill-mannered towards his boss when she didn't answer the door for him, I was really mad in her name. Especially considering their newborn baby was asleep and she was in the middle of pumping milk.
