Traveling by train can be a lovely way to see the world. You're usually able to book yourself a specific seat (a window seat if you're lucky). Some businesspeople will insist on making conference calls while en route, loudly talking shop as if there's no one around. Other people use this time to have lengthy phone calls or Facetime calls with their relatives.
