Mama Duck Leaves Behind Injured Duckling, Concerned Hooman Decides to Rescue the Baby and Gets Him Back on His Feet (Video)
Sometimes nature can be harsh and cruel, much more than we expect it to be. Even if we set aside the food chain, and the struggle to survive in the wild, there are so many challenges for animals in nature, that we are often amazed they manage to persevere.
Take a baby duck for example. Often if a duckling has some kind of a problem, its mother would not even notice and will keep going with the rest of the duckling, and let the injured one fend for itself, much like what happened at the beginning of this rescue story. After a passing hooman noticed there was a duckling that trailed behind its mother and siblings, he decided to take action and rescue the poor baby. He then nursed the duckling back to health, and in the process became the dad for this loving duckling.
