It isn't the 1960s anymore, nobody is scandalized by men having long hair. At least, they shouldn't be. This isn't the seminal musical Hair. Don't we have enough problems going on in the world that we can stop caring what people's hair looks like? As long as you're not getting it in someone's food, it shouldn't matter. Because as Fleabag taught us, hair is everything. It can change your whole outlook on life. And it's also incredibly personal, so changing it for a job can feel like a personal affront. It's understandable that some jobs have hair requirements out of concern for safety, but a call center is definitely not one of those.
