When you think of an animal that you can be best friends for life with, an animal who you could introduce to your friends, who you could go on trips with, who you can teach tricks to… chances are that you are not thinking of a duck. We have seen people befriend some strange and unexpected animals over our time writing here, we will say that. We have seen a man feed a wild seagull for 69 days to earn its trust. We have seen a man encounter a wild fox and make friends with it by offering it a sausage and an egg. Seriously- some weird stuff. But we have never seen a friendship quite like the one in this video.

Turns out that having a duck for a pet can be pretty cool. I mean, we've seen ducks frolicking in the rain before, so we knew that they could have fun when they wanted to. We've even seen a man go on a dive with a duck. But… we did not think it possible to take your pet duck to Target and play soccer with it. Today, we've been proven wrong.
