In some jobs, you get pushed around so much that you reach a breaking point. You decide to stop trying so hard and to just do exactly as your boss says, no matter what they tell you. After all, what's the worst that could happen? You get fired and have to work somewhere you actually like? This person seems like they were on the brink of leaving such a job, thanks to their manager who continually berated them. In fact, their boss actually called them "stupid" to their face, which is incredibly disrespectful. So, this employee decided to get back at them in the funniest way possible.
