24 Zoned-Out Dogs Achieving Zen and Hopefully Helping You Become Very Mindful, Very Demure

Dogs might be energetic pawfessional zoomies runners, chasing a dog toy or their own tail, woofing and borking, and creating a general commotion. But that's not always the case. Dogs can enjoy a deep and true relaxation session, in a calm and quiet environment, and even achieve total zen in their own doggo way. This serene demeanor can be contagious, in the best way pawssible. Having such a calm dog in your vicinity can make you feel serene, in the moment, unbothered, moisturized, happy, in your lane, focused, flourishing.

Some dog pawrents were asked to share their dogs in this state, so serene they achieve total zen. Some dogs do that in nature, very much like a lot of the humble hooman friends, but some do that when they hold their favorite toy in their mouth. Some even need their hooman, so they can rest their head on them, and only then they enter the zen zone and be zoned out.
