cale who rent 53m- Hi girls! Me and my boyfriend are looking to rent out our spare room in our Flat in Battersea It's a beautiful apartment, the room is a bright, double bedroom. The zone 1 location is super central: - just 2-minutes from Battersea Park -4 mins from Battersea Park station - 6 mins from Queens Town Road Sation - 10 mins from Battersea Power Station (northern line) Our large apartment has lots of dining and relaxing space, and loads of built in storage and desk space in the room.

Pistachio @HarleyShah - 1d Replying to @HarleyShah The room normally rents for £1300, but we're offering a reduced rent of £1200 plus bills. Which is the same price. 17 1756 10K ılı 230K Pistachio @HarleyShah ⚫1d Also I have lived in Battersea. It is not "zone 1 super close to central". It took me longer to get to work in central than when I lived in Walthamstow or Peckham loool

franabouttown @Franabouttown • 1d Replying to @HarleyShah This needs to be made into a horror film where the person who moves in slowly takes over their lives; it finishes on them each trying to find a room in someone else's flat as they have no partner, job or home. The only rentals they can find are £1300 plus bills.

Sharon87 (Purple Nurpl... @PurpleNurpleSPN Replying to @HarleyShah Follow They need to advertise for a Mon-Fri let imo - for the business workers who commute to London for the week, not a regular tenancy - and certainly not at that price!

Spice Spice Girl @reasnottodateme. 1d Replying to @HarleyShah If I have a partner or family nearby to crash with...why am I paying you £1200 instead of them?

Laura Francesca @lacescael 1d Replying to @HarleyShah That would be a *horrid* living setup. £1200pcm and you have to creep around this stingy couple and stress about not being there at least one night a week? Absolutely not.

YoshiJoshi.eth ✰✰✰@YoshiJoshi_ •1d: Replying to @HarleyShah People really need to think about whether a life in London is worth it given the cost of accommodation, vs living *anywhere* else, doing a WFH gig and likely having far more disposable income

Anya Piper @AKPFineArt 1d Replying to @HarleyShah • From the advert it sounds a bit narcissistic to say the least. I've never spent over £1k for rent and have been lucky enough to not to. If London is too expensive or can't afford it I moved away saves me from dealing with people like this too

Demi Demure @jdddm1.1d Replying to @HarleyShah So comprehension tells me you've been together for a year and a half and struggling to pay rent in your zone 1 property so you need support with the cost of living, while simultaneously not wanting a stranger in your personal space

Amateur Kitten Mom @CatsVaxnNatSec Replying to @HarleyShah Follow How much you wanna bet those "+ bills" are going to be split 50/50, so each member of the couple is paying 25% and the new roommate pays 50% of electric, water, etc.
