I love looking at old advertisements. They're like windows through time, allowing us to glimpse the everyday lives of people from the past. What did they like to eat? What did they find appealing? How much did things cost back then? It's fascinating to see how much has changed, yet how much has stayed the same. I think what strikes me the most while looking through these old ads is the simplicity of their messaging—no flashy gimmicks or complex marketing tactics, just straightforward appeals to the consumer.

The artwork and design also reflect the values and aesthetics of each era, giving us insight into the culture and trends of the time. Some ads are charming, others are downright bizarre, but all of them give us a unique perspective on how people once lived. And let's not forget the prices—seeing how little things used to cost always makes me wish I could hop in a time machine!
