Now, don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with having a budget wedding to celebrate your love with friends and family, but there is a bottom-line protocol when it comes to throwing any sort of party. Most guests would assume that if they were invited to a wedding reception, they could expect to eat dinner or have some sort of meal waiting for them at the end of the aisle.
