Why not treat your special gentleman or lady to some super fancy drinks this Valentine's Day. Sure you could just uncork the ol' champagne bottle, or you could act like you're right out of Mad Men, now that's classy.

1 1/2 oz. Patron Silver tequila
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/4 oz. cherry or Chambord raspberry liquor
2 oz. chilled peach juice
3 maraschino cherries, garnish
Orange spiral, garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add tequila (or Absolut Apeach), Grand Marnier, cherry liquor and peach juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour into a chilled fluted glass or large martini glass.
Place orange spiral on the lip of the glass so it drapes down the side.
For a fluted glass: drop a cherry into drink.
For a martini glass: skewer three cherries on a swizzle stick and lay across the lip.
1 part white rum
1 part creme de cacao
2 parts Fruitopia "Strawberry Passion Awareness" frozen concentrate
dark chocolate (we used Cadbury)
fresh strawberry
In cocktail shaker combine white rum and creme de cacao with the frozen fruitopia concentrate until well blended.
Melt dark chocolate until it's beginning to melt. Rim glass with a thick layer of the chocolate. Pour cocktail into the glass then garnish with a ripe fresh strawberry thickly coated in the chocolate.
1/2 oz. Van Gough Dutch Chocolate Vodka
1/2 oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
Splash of Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass or champagne flute.
For an added effect rim the glasses with sugar or melted white chocolate.
1 ½ oz Cruzan Pineapple Rum
Juice from ½ lime
¼ oz simple syrup
¼ oz Amaretto
¼ oz Cream de Cassis
Shake vigorously with ice and garnish with a strawberry.
2 oz. base spirit (vodka, light rum or brandy)
1/2 oz chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
chocolate syrup to coat the martini glass
Coat inside of a martini glass with chocolate syrup.
Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain slowly into martini glass.
Add cherries as desired.
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons honey, or more to taste
1/2 cup mint leaves, plus more to garnish
4 tablespoons lime juice, or more to taste
1 cup dried rosebuds (available at specialty food shops)
2 bottles champagne brut or dry sparkling wine, chilled
Making the rose syrup
Over medium-low heat, combine 2 cups sugar with honey and 1 cup water in a saucepan. When sugar melts, add mint leaves and let simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. Strain and return liquid to saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in fresh lime juice, crushed rosebuds and rose water. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to a week.
2 oz Herradura Silver Tequila
1 oz Light Creme de Cacao
1 oz Double Cream
1/2 oz Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Herradura tequila, white crème de cacao, double cream and Chambord. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, gently float fresh raspberries and serve.
