The person who is somehow always poor, yet always going to expensive restaurants to eat, and unnecessarily spending money on little treats throughout the day. The money really does add up, and it shouldn't be anyone's responsibility besides your own to support yourself. 

This brings us to the Reddit thread. It's a story about a woman whose sister is exactly the type previously mentioned. She's the type overspending way outside her means. For years, the original poster (OP) has been giving her financial handouts, believing she was in true need of help, and would at some point learn her lesson about financial responsibility.
