'Birds just happen to me': Person Drops off an Injured Pigeon at Their Neighbor’s House, the Confused Neighbor Accepts Their Fate and Helps the Cute Pigeon

If there is one animal out there that people are probably the least likely to help in any situation, it's probably pigeons. Be honest. Most people think that pigeons are annoying and useless and definitely not an animal worth their time and effort. But we have to say that we think they're wrong. Pigeons can be awesome pets. Not for all people, but for some for sure. Pigeons can be funny and have their own habits, pigeons like cuddling sometimes, and one pigeon that faked limping for attention went viral a while back because no one thought that was something birds were capable of doing.

So, really, to become the person in the neighborhood that is known for saving birds, of all things, is kind of a big honor in our opinion. It means they are compassionate and loving and that they care for animals that most people wouldn't look at twice. And that sometimes… people will drop birds off on their porches, apparently.

Honestly, to become known in the neighborhood as the person who "rescues birds" is kind of an awesome thing in our opinion. Sure, it might lead to silly situations like this, but it'll also lead to more saved birds. Because now, the people in the neighborhood know there's someone to go to if they come across one.

Although… it is a really funny situation, we have to admit. "I am so sorry," is a hilarious thing to end with. We don't know what they were thinking, or what you would have done if you really didn't help birds sometimes. Hilarious.
