Woman Accuses Father of Favoritism When He Pays for One Daughter’s Wedding, But Not Hers, Splitting the Entire Family Apart When She Goes No Contact

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen of the internet. Having siblings means that (probably) there won't be complete fairness during your upbringing. One got to have a kitten growing up, and the other didn't. One got to go to acting lessons, but not the other. Maybe your dad took you on a road trip that one summer, but your siblings didn't get to go. It's all part of growing up, and it's a good life lesson that nothing in life is fair. But that's not exactly what happens in this Reddit thread. 

In this story, the original poster (OP) is a man who had his first child when he was only 16-years-old. Due to his young age, he wasn't able to properly provide for her like he was for his first daughter, like he was able to do for his other two children. Due to this gap in her privileges as a child, he's trying to make it up to her by paying for the wedding, but not if it divides the family forever.

    Now even Sarah is saying that this is getting out of hand and even offered to help pay half the money. But personally, I'm at a point where I'd rather burn the 50k than give it to her. Sarah and my wife think that this is not worth destroying our family over, but I think that giving in will only make her more entitled in the long run.
